You can fill out a form ahead of time here (enter your state then click on Registration) or just go in person the Tampa, FL or Williamsburg, VA Busch Gardens ticket windows.
Anheuser-Busch has extended this offer every year since 2005.

Since 2005 the Anheuser-Busch Company has offered their Here’s to the Heroes Salute which extends free admission to Sea World Theme Parks Nation Wide to current military members and up to three guests.
This offer is valid at all Sea World Parks: Orlando, San Antonio, and San Diego.
This offer that they have extended year in year out not just in the recent hard economic times. Their caring and support for our military is greatly appreciated! More than 3.2 million members of U.S. and coalition armed forces and their families have used this great offer.
